School Vision and Values

Our Core Values

At North Bradley CE Primary School our school values are underpinned by the teachings found in Paul's letters to the Philippians.  Written while Paul was imprisoned for his faith, his letters share a powerful message of hope in the face of adversity. Paul encouraged others to remain positive and 'SHINE as lights in the world' (Philippians 2.15).

We use SHINE to underpin our values and ask that everyone in our community 'SHINE as lights in the world'.

We hold hope at the heart of school life, creating a calm, welcoming environment where every child feels valued and supported. Inclusion is essential to how we teach and care for our pupils, ensuring all children can access learning, friendships, and opportunities regardless of background or need. We are committed to equality in every aspect of school life, celebrating differences and helping everyone to flourish. Together, we work closely with families to nurture positive relationships, strong character, and a sense of belonging—so children leave us ready to SHINE in their next chapter.
